1. Do I need GPRS service ?

Yes, GPRS connection is provided by most operators on a pay per use basis without any rental. Following are the guidelines for enabling GPRS from your operator

2. On which phones would speedgreet work ?

SpeedGreet is supported on all GSM phones except the black and white phones As regards animated greeting cards 95% of all Nokia phones launched in last 3 years support animations. Lots of Sony Ericsson phones support animations and some Samsung phones support animations as well Even if your phone does not support animation still you will be able to view the greeting card as an image .

3. What do I do if I am facing problems with the speedgreet application ?

Please write to us at support@speedgreet.com mentioning your loginId and the description of the problem. Please note that we may not be able to help much on GPRS settings and GPRS problems since this issue is mobile operator specific

4. How can the recipient see the card sent by me?

The recipient gets the card in the Inbox of his/her email id as well as in his/her mobile if he/she is a speedgreet user

5. Too many times I get the prompt "Allow Network Access", How can I get rid of it ?

Well you need to do a setting in your phone so that you get this prompt only once. Go to the menu where the speedgreet application is listed, click on Options, and there you will get an item to set AppAccess/Permissions. This where you can instruct the phone that you want to be prompted only once ( First Time ) when the application tries to use GPRS.
